Battle of Adventurers Movie
THE ADVENTURES' BATTLE
BATTLE OF ADVENTURERS

Japanese Release: July 14, 2001
English Release: October 16, 2005
Movie Length: 50 minutes

It's finally summer and time for vacation! Takato packs and heads for Okinawa, an extremely nautical area of the world, to visit Kai, his cousin. This peaceful trip is soon ruined by the appearance of many Digimon bent on attacking the Tamers and anyone in their way. Minami Uehara, the young daughter of V-Pet creator, is spotted being perused by a Tylomon in the sea. Takato and Guilmon ready for battle, and destroy the Tylomon, saving Minami.

After discovering a strange Digimon, Seasarmon, Minami is kidnapped and brought to the V-Pet Labs. Takato, Guilmon, Seasarmon, and Kai chase after the helpless girl. They find her being held captive by the president of the V-Pet company, but soon find him to be an actual Digimon created from Apocalymon's data!

Shown in his true form, Mephistomon begins to attack Seasarmon, holder of the V-Pet vaccination program. Mephistomon unveils his master plan of using the V-Pet to transform the world's electronics systems into a world of turmoil! Mephistomon's archenemy, Omnimon, brings Henry, Terriermon, Rika, and Renamon to help Takato and Guilmon battle the monster!

Mephistomon Digivolves into Gulfmon, an even larger and more devilish Digimon that threatens the Tamers' lives. With Calumon's help, the Tamers' Digimon are able to reach Ultimate level, and with the combination of all their powers, release an ultimate attack, Trinity Burst! This kills Gulfmon, and the V-Pet program is whipped out for good.
