There's a disaster in the real world! Kuramon have used e-mail to acquire access to cell phone screens and computer monitors, and have appeared in the Real World. This was the plot of Diaboromon, the Digimon who was thought to have been destroyed by Tai and Matt in Our War Game. Having confirmed this, Izzy mapped out a plan for Tai and Matt to enter the internet along with the Digimon, and strike directly at the source, Daiboromon himself! Meanwhile, Davis and Ken, Yolei and Kari, and T.K. and Cody, along with their Digimon, went around Tokyo finding all the of the Kuramon who had appeared.

While Davis and the other Digidestined were busy capturing the Kuramon, Tai and Matt went inside the net and arrived at where Daiboromon was residing. Agumon and Gabumon Digivolved into Omnimon and began to battle him. During the fight, Kari, Angewomon, T.K. and Angemon arrived to help out. They continued to battle all of the Kuramon and finally beat Diaboromon... Or so they thought. Just then, another group of Kuramon appeared! Not only that, but the qroup flowed out into the real world and headed straight for the beach at Odaiba! What on Earth was happening? Those still in the real world, Davis, Ken, Yolei, and Cody, headed for Odaiba.

Diaboromon had concidered the fact that he might be defeated and had sent the Kuramon into the Real World as a trap. Because of the huge amount of Kuramon, Tokyo had pretty much stopped functioning. Many children began to head for Odaiba.

The Kuramon covered the ocean, and before Yolei and Codys' eyes, they began to change into a huge DigiEgg in the sky. There was too much data for it to be returned to the internet. Tai and Matt came back from the net and battled the newly hatched Armageddemon! In the face of his overwhelming strength and power, Omnimon became unable to fight. Then Davis and Ken joined them. Their Digimon evolved to Imperialdramon and began to fight Armageddemon.

It was a hard battle for Imperialdramon, but the hearts of the DigiDestined didn't give up, and a miracle began to unfold before their eyes. Omnimon's body began to glow and a Holy Ring appeared. It began to transform into a giant sword! With this sword filled with everyone's strength, Imperialdramon was able to evolve into Imperialdramon Paladin Mode. He was able to destroy Armageddemon!

Afterwards, his body once again dissolved into countless Kuramon, but the many children who had gathered to watch the battle were able to power up Imperialdramon Paladin Mode's sword with their cellphones, while the DigiDestined used their Digivices, to vanish the Kuramon for good.
