Unique Chance to Hear Olympic Great

Tickets are now on sale for the 2006 Keith Murdoch Oration, a major fundraising event for the State Library of Victoria and its Foundation. The Oration will be delivered by Olympic great Lord Sebastian Coe KBE.
One of Britain's finest athletes, Lord Coe set a dozen world records and won four Olympic medals in his career. In 2005 Lord Coe led London's successful bid for the 2012 Olympic Games, and was subsequently appointed Chairman of the London Organising Committee for the 2012 Olympic Games. He was knighted in Britain's 2006 New Year Honours list, adding to previous awards of an MBE and OBE. Lord Coe will be in Melbourne for the 2006 Commonwealth Games.
