There are few surprises in Nintendo's new Wii and DS UK release schedule with the company having previously announced dates for Mario galaxy 2, Sin and punishment and WarioWare DIY.
One game that isn't on the schedule is Metroid Other M which will be released in the third quarter of 2010.
However, there is one game that we weren't expecting to be released in the UK and that's Jam With The Band. It's a European version of the excellent rhythm action game Daigasso! Band Bros DX which was released for DS in Japan in 2004.
Here's the full Wii and DS release schedule:-

Holy hell! Daigasso! Band Bros DX is coming out in the UK? That's a hell of a surprise. Rather late but better late than never I say considering its something which wouldn't normally have been released.
Some big games on the Wii over the next couple of weeks. Looking forward to Monster Hunter Tri, SMG2, No More Heroes 2 and Sin and Punishment 2 and i'm sure I'll play several others. Just wish Nintendo would now lock down a solid date for Metroid Other M. It is Q2 now after all and they can talk about stuff coming in Q3, going by their recent media talk regime. It would just be nice to know whether we'll have to wait a couple of weeks or a couple of months after the US release.
if you buy either alan wake or blur, i will hunt you down, kill you, then take your games to the shop where il' trade them for the 50pence there worth, .
split second, and modnation racers, ufc 2010, for this month,
those games u mentioned suk., try heavy rain for alan wake, .
and for a game with cars and powerups, well, try wipeout, say 1998.// dont you want soemthing new>>
at least split second tries to give a feeling of new-ness and scale that hasnt been done before.
the other blur, takes everything from every racing games and becomes jack of all trades but master of none. (i been playing it over the last 2 weeks even before it was available i had a code to play it, i am level 15 and have completed the challenges, so i speak from a knowledgeable position.)
i take it though, buy saying blur/wake, you have no taste, have never had and wil never have untill your balls have dropped so i dont know why im trying to help.
anyway point made, save you money.
even sin and punishment, which ive been waiting months for myself, im not getting, they took too long, and now, today, it doesnt stand up against some arcade games. no thanks.
Well i'm looking forward to Alan Wake as well, 4 years in development from the guys that made Max Payne (one of my all time favourite games) and is shaping up to be what the new Alone in the Dark should have been.
I've already playted the beta of modnation racers and it was alright. Nothing that really dazzled me though. i get it. LBP+Mario kart. Great concept ok game. woot.
Blur also looks fun a bit like motorhead did all those years ago. Besides there's tons of racing games with weapons other than Wipeout, which ialways thought was a poormans f zero anyway.
What i'm really trying to say son is take your Fanboy bs and shove it up your bottom. Death threat warning, the only person you're likely to ever hurt is yourself while trying to consumate your relationship with your ps3!
Ahem. Back on topic. really looking forward to being able to play Sin and Punishment 2 in english. It's one of the best old school shooters i've played in ages.
Anyone know if monster hunter tri is going to need sodding friend codes to play multi player on, i bloody hope not.
@ Wheresmymonkey - If I remember it correctly, Monster Hunter Tri won't be using a traditional Friend Code, i.e. the 12 digit code (or is it 16 on the Wii? Been so long since I bothered with it in games, choosing to play against random opponents instead). Capcom have been working closely with Nintendo to streamline the online process and I believe you'll need to exchange a 6 digit Capcom code to play with friends online. It's still a friend code of sorts but much smaller and easier to manage. The best we'll get while the Friend Code thing is still being used by Nintendo. And with the online being free, I think it's something which I can personally live with.

Mosnter Hunter Tri and Super Mario Galaxy 2 on day one for me. Sin & Punishment I'll get for a little cheaper later on and No More Heroes 2 cheaper and later still.
I've got too many games to be getting on with in the meantime and not enough time really
I must admit I got all nostalgic and starry eyed when I saw a Mario Galaxy 2 vid the other day. Might have get it to play on the folks (It's unreal my 60 year old parents have a console)Wii next time I go home.
I don't like to bring this guy up but isn't that complete bellend PS360Conspirasy notable by his absence. Guess he's only interested in spamming PS3/360 threads and not such a MASSIVE Nintendo fan. That guy needs his IP banned.
