Probably a DS game but I would love to see a 2D Metroid on Wii to be honest. And then an update of Super Metroid for the Wii. Please. Awsome! Hopefully they'll add Multi-Player in this one. Apparantly, there is a quote next to "side story coming soon" which says it is going to come from the Space Pirates point of view. Could be interesting to go up against Samus instead! (No filthy pun intended). Nintendo's last big game 'side-story' turned out to be Majora's Mask.

*is excited* I liked Metroid Prime Pinball... Just going back through Zero Mission on the DS,cant put it down.I think Prime on the Gamecube is the benchmark for any future Metroid title's.
Imagine a HD Metroid on the 360/PS3,dream,dream,dream............ This is going to be the best FPS of 2009. Might just be a "Metroid Prime Hunters 2", although a return to sidescrolling would be an interesting move....
Metroid Fusion 2?
Metroid: Zero Mission 2? I'd love it to be a 2D game on the Wii with some awesome 3D effects and stuff thrown in Interesting. I hope its a new completely 3D adventure on wii, I need some new Metroid to look forward to other than gamecube wiimakes. It's actually going to be a 2d one, made by Nintendo in collaboration with Treasure. For the Wii.

*drools* Keep on dreaming pal. Yes, but what a dream. I'll probably have withered away and died long before we get another 2D installment, but I can at least keep on hoping, can't I? Well if its being made for the DS, I there will be a high chance of it being 2D/2.5D side-scroller adventure, we CANNOT have another Metroid Prime Hunters again. :x But if it's coming to the Wii, i'd rather it be a 3D game. Let us pray.
And it really does need to be 2d/2.5d on the Wii. I want to play it out on a big screen. Just play Super Metroid. Sorted. :wink: Figured it out.

XD well, im 100% sure it wont be a remake of the gamecube titals, cuz they're advertising them on the website.
on an unrelated note, im so buying the made for wii metroid remakes, i never played the first two, and MP3 makes me jizz in my pants i bought the metroid prime games for gamecube may last year, and i thought they were awesome...yet i still haven't completed them. got stuck on the artifacts on MP1 and i have forgotten where on MP2. but i will get the wii-makes of them, because they were that awesome |
