Federação de Snowboard Portuguesa: (yes, snowboarding in Portugal! And in Cascais, no less, although the group enjoys the Serra da Estrela a lot more; this page has pictures of the founders of this organization, a calendar of current events, and a history of snowboarding, as well as links to related sites)
SCUBAPORTUGAL: (created by Mario Dias Pereira, it is, without a doubt, THE most complete and thorough Web page on scuba diving in Portugal; contains a lot of information about where to dive, weather, costs, and so on, as well as tons of links to related sites; in English although a version in Portuguese is promised shortly; why anyone would even try to create another scuba diving Web page in Portugal is beyond me...)
Sailing the Portuguese Coast: (quite a collection of details on what it takes to sail a boat on Portuguese waters; contains weather reports, where to buy fuel, tides, and so on; also has some info about Expo98; in English)
GolfWeb's Courses in Portugal: (although I cringe to think of golf as a sport, here it is nevertheless; a complete though basic collection of data on Portugal's golf courses; allows you to list golf courses by areas such as Algarve and Açores and, for each golf course, you can see addresses, phone numbers, number of holes, and reviews by people who have contributed feedback online)
Novas Aventuras: (a commercial site that offers packages for sportsters; though brief in its narrative, the company offers weekends and 'packages' mainly in paintball and horseback riding; includes some prices and contact info)
