- The Really, Really, Really Late (yet again) Faulking Truth Update
by Mark Faulk It seems like it been months since I’ve talked to you. Yeah, sure I’ve been busy, but I know that’s no excuse for neglecting our friendship like that. I haven’t seen some of you since the holidays (by the way, I’d like to apologize for my behavior at Christmas, I had no idea the eggnog was that strong….whew!).
Anyway, I’ve been busy writing “The Naked Truth”, which is still due out in July (*blatant plug* “The Naked Truth” is available for pre-order at http://www.theownersgroupinc.com/cart/ *end blatant plug*), but our writers have still been telling The Faulking Truth on our website on a regular basis.
Yeah, I know that the news hasn’t been pretty lately, and sometimes we just want to hide from it all. In recognition of that, I’ve decided to try to re-inject a little more humor into some of my pieces to offset the gloom and doom of reality.
So come on over and read the latest from Mike Bohling, Robin Buckallew, Down the Middle, Ken Shade, and our usual supporting cast of misfits. And for a slightly humorous take on the absurdity of our political leaders, read “Congress Uses ‘C Word’”. Hey, it’s Monday, we need a reason to smile.

I know you would think that I'm too old for that, but the website is only two years old (in fact, March 19th is our website birthday...gift cards are always nice), and MySpace is kind of fun in a "I can't deal with reality" sort of way.
