How do I post a file?

1. From your My eCircles page, click on the eCircle in which you'd like to share the file.
2. Click "Add Other" from application menu on the left-hand side, then click "Add a File."
3. Click "Upload a file."
4. Click the "Browse" button to find the file you'd like to upload.
5. Type in a name for the file and a description if you'd like.
6. Click "Upload File."

How do I view a file that has been posted?

1. From your My eCircles page, click on the eCircle which contains the file you wish to view.
2. Click "File Sharing."
3. Double click on the icon of the file that you wish to view.
4. You'll be given the choice to "Open it" or "Save it to disk." Select one and then click "OK."

Can I edit a file that has been posted in File Sharing?

While you can't edit a file that's been posted, you may delete it as long as you were the person who added it. You can then post an updated version of the file. To delete a file:

1. From your My eCircles page, click on the eCircle that has the file you want to delete.
2. Click "File Sharing."
3. Under description, click on the name of the file you'd like to delete.
4. Click "Delete File."
5. Click "Yes" to confirm the deletion.
