FAQs About My Contacts

Every member of your eCircles is listed in your My Contacts page. You can view the contact information for all of your eCircles, or choose to view contact information for a particular eCircle only. From the My Contacts page click on the pull-down menu next to the white box in the upper right-hand side labeled "All Circles," then select a particular eCircle to view.

If you have more than 50 eCircle members or contacts, you can view the next page of contacts by clicking the Next> button at the bottom of the page, or you can navigate through your contacts by using the alphabetical navigational bar at the bottom of the page.

How does My Contacts get updated?

Your My Contacts page is automatically updated whenever someone joins or leaves one of your eCircles, or changes their profile information within one of your eCircles. If you have blank spaces in your My Contacts page, it may be because this person hasn't entered this information in their member profile, so encourage your friends and family to fill out their member profiles! It may also be because this person hasn't chosen to make this information available to your eCircle. Please note that you can change which eCircles have access to what information by going to Password & Settings and clicking on "Profile Access."

How do I add contacts?

1. Login to eCircles and click "My eCircles."
2. Click "My Contacts."
3. Click "Add Contact" in the upper left-hand corner of the page.
4. After entering the information for this contact, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Done."
5. A small red star will appear next to the person's name on your My Contacts page denoting that this is a contact you added manually.

Can I add contacts for people who aren't in my eCircles?

Yes, just follow the instructions under "How do I add contacts?" The other members of your eCircle will be added automatically.

How do I delete contacts?

Currently, you can't delete an eCircle member from your My Contacts page. If you've added a contact (denoted by a small red star next to their name), you can delete them from your My Contacts page. To do this:

1. Login to eCircles and click "My eCircles."
2. Click "My Contacts."
3. Click on the name you wish to delete from your My Contacts page.
4. Scroll down to the bottom of their information page and click "Delete Contact."
5. Click "Yes" to confirm the deletion.

How do I edit contacts?

If you've added a contact (denoted by a small red star next to their name), you can edit their information. To do this:

1. Login to eCircles and click "My eCircles."
2. Click "My Contacts."
3. Click on the name of the contact you wish to edit in your My Contacts page.
4. Scroll down to the bottom of their information page and click "Edit Contact."
5. After making your changes, click "Done" to update this information.

Can I edit another person's contact information?

You can't edit the contact information of other people in your eCircles. How do I view contacts for an eCircle?

You can view contact lists for each individual eCircle. To do this:

1. Login to eCircles and click "My eCircles."
2. Click "My Contacts."
3. On the right, you'll see a drop-down menu in which you can select any of your eCircles.
4. Select an eCircle.
5. Click "View."
