Art Out Loud at Library

3 July 2008

On Thursday 17 July, digital artist Trinh Vu will visit the Library to deliver the biennial 'Art Out Loud' lecture, which gives Australian artists the chance to present their ideas and artwork to an audience.

In this lecture, Trinh will discuss how she uses digital tools to generate ideas for her artwork, and the significance of this process in a time of technological change.

Trinh is a lecturer in Multimedia and Digital Arts at Monash University, and the recipient of the inaugural (2007) Georges Mora Foundation Fellowship. The Georges Mora Foundation Fellowship supports artists in exploring new thinking and researching new ideas.
