Dome Galleries Access

For two weeks in November, there will be limited access to the permanent exhibitions in the Dome Galleries, due to major changeovers of display items.
From 13 to 17 November, one section at a time of The changing face of Victoria will be closed. From 27 November to 1 December, Mirror of the World: books and ideas will be closed; however, it will still be possible to access The changing face of Victoria during this week. The regular Dome Galleries Tour will continue but will not include the affected exhibition sections.
The new displays will include features on Nellie Melba, Melbourne subcultures, Edna Everage and the 1956 Olympics in The changing face of Victoria, as well as 200 new rare books in Mirror of the World.
