I think you've hit the nail on the head there darkstar - its too bad, the demo did seem like a bit of bloody fun, not great but fun enough. What I want to know is whether or not the PC version of F.E.A.R 2 comes with DRM SecuROM and limited activations? That is the only consideration left for me when it comes to deciding whether to buy this game or not. So please, CVG, PC GAMER, whomever, please ask the hard questions (yes, yes, I know it was already asked once and side-stepped by one of the devs,) and get a nailed down answer. If this information is not stated clearly and made readily available to the public I simply won't buy F.E.A.R 2 at all. No discussion. :evil: Well I absolutley loved the original F.E.A.R. I thought the demo was excellent and have played through it many times.
GAME is selling F.E.A.R 2 at £29.99 and Play.com are doing Killzone 2 for £34.99 so with a few cut backs here and there (booze), I think I should have Feb all FPS'ed out. Can't wait! :D :D :D What a pointless thread I absolutely loved the demo, and will be picking up the game on Day 1. This has got GOTY potential for me already, I am a massive FEAR fan! |
