Chinese New Year

Chinese lion dancers

London will celebrate Chinese New Year - the start of the Year of the Rat - on Sunday 10 February. There will be a colourful parade setting off at 11am through central London and entertainment for all the family in Trafalgar Square from 12 noon until 6pm. This will feature traditional and contemporary Chinese arts, with performers from both London and China.
