The following entities are invited to participate:

Agencies of the Synod:  This includes boards, commissions, seminaries, universities, colleges, district offices, Worker Benefit Plans and other Synodwide corporate entities, such as Lutheran Church Extension Fund and LCMS Foundation. 

Auxiliary, RSO or Cooperative Agency:  This category includes the Lutheran Laymen's League, Lutheran Women's Missionary League, Recognized Service Organizations as listed with sponsoring Boards, and cooperative agencies as listed in the Lutheran Annual.

Other Agencies and organizations that are involved in cooperative efforts with either the Synod or its districts.

Companies or organizations that participate in the LCMS National Contract Program or that offer goods or services that may be of interest to and consistant with the objectives of the LCMS. Products and services offered by others cannot be in direct competition with the goods and/or services provided by organizations of the LCMS or who participate in the LCMS National Contract Program.
