A fire late last night in the Staten Island neighborhood of Prince's Bay claimed the life of a nine-year-old boy. Anders Uwadinobi, a freshman from the Bronx, was "play" fighting with a friend in a dorm room at SUNY Binghamton when he suffered fatal injuries Sunday night.
