Statistical Accounts of Scotland This is a compilation
of writings by the preachers of most of the parishes in
Scotland in 1795 and again in 1845. The purpose was to cover
the Natural History & Political State of each
parish. The site is searchable by parish and includes the
complete accounts. Everybody researching Scotland should
read them for their parishes of interest.
