Beautifully engraved certificate from the Walter Kidde & Company Incorporated issued in 1978. This historic document was printed by the Security-Columbian Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of an allegorical man and woman sitting by the Kidde Logo with skyscrapers in the backgorund. This item has the printed signatures of the Company’s Chairman of the Boardand Secretary and is over 23 years old.
