WAKANDAN EMBASSY GRAND OPENING

Thousands of artists, anarchists and activists turned out for “Open Admissions,” held during the Grand Opening of the Wakandan Embassy in New York, in order to sign up for Wakandan citizenship.

Furthermore, all SHAFT agents were declared official ambassadors of Wakanda by King T'Challa, thereby granting them diplomatic immunity on American soil and helping them to avoid harassment from SHIELD.

Retired Sgt. Bosco “B.A.” Baracus described putting diplomatic plates on the A-Team van as one of the high points of his career as a fugitive from military court justice.

“I pity the fool who tries to capture the A-Team now!” he exclaimed. “Since joining SHAFT, Hannibal has been on the jazz like crazy.”

There was a brief disturbance in the vibes of peace, brotherhood, and camaraderie when attorney Matt Murdock protested the admission of Bullseye, a professional assassin and Fisk Industries’ “Employee of the Month,” into the Wakandan nation.

King T’Challa quickly settled the dispute by asking Mr. Murdock, “If I allow a lawyer into my beloved homeland, how can I justify barring a simple crazed killer?”

Numerous US government officials, federal agents, and law enforcement officers were in attendance, obviously taking advantage of the occasion to gain firsthand knowledge of the embassy and its staff. These spies and curiosity seekers made no attempt to disrupt the festivities, however, and a good time was had by all.
