Update (11:30am) - Looks like that's it. Haven't seen any dates in well over an hour now. 88 released in total, with 31 triggering prior to 10/12/03 still lacking a RFS date.
Some people may be interested to see this page as well. It's a summary of RFS releases per week and the periods of time involved.
Another update (11:45am) - BT have made a statement on the exchanges who should have received a RFS date, but did not.
Quote:
"Twenty Seven (27) of the exchanges which have reached their trigger require significant cable laying or building work and the currently identified lead times are more than five months.
We have not set RFS dates as yet for these exchanges as we are working to identify ways to shorten the lead times if possible and will advise you and update the availability checker as soon as we can fix an appropriate date."
