Be Unlimited caused a stir in 2005 by launching the UK's fastest broadband - a 24Mbps ADSL2+ product. In 2006 Be were acquired by O2. Since then Be's LLU network has grown considerably, and O2 are expected to launch their own broadband product (running over the Be network) in Autumn 2007.
