The 11am update for all exchanges with campaigns listed against them propogated an incorrect number of registrations into my system. These registrations included duplicate registrations, which should be removed from the registration total.
The problem was fixed around midday and all the affected exchanges (approximately 180) had their registrations reverted back to their state at 3am, and were then updated again.
To everyone affected: I can't apologise enough. About 6 exchanges triggered as a result of this error, and having those registrations removed will have been quite upsetting.
As you may be able to guess from the above, I've added a "duplicates" figure to each exchange, so you can see how many duplicate registrations you have. |
