I've added a couple of new LLU providers to the listings today - Lumison (a business ISP based operating in Scotland) and WB Internet. I've also updated the Carphone Warehouse / TalkTalk data en-mass, thanks to an update provided by the company themselves. In an effort to help out users of the site who are unsure of how all the different providers tie in to the site, I have created this page. Any and all feedback is, as usual, welcome.
Additionally, the availability checker (both front end and the API) has been updated to support the new providers, additional 21CN results and an improved back end. API users please login via the usual means to find out more details of the updates.
Finally, apologies if I have not yet responded to your email if you've sent it within the past couple of weeks. The sheer amount of final-year university work has only allowed me time for essential maintenance on the site (data updates, etc). I hope to catch up with all these emails over the next day or two.
Update: I have (at last) fixed the interactive maps on the exchange pages. I've also updated them at the same time to dynamically integrate with new providers information too, so hopefully this will be useful to all of you who have been emailing me about it!
Second update: The availability checker API has now been incremented to version 3.3. Updated documentation is already online for those who have registered. Emails will be going out later this evening detailing the addtions and changes. As usual, no features have been deprecated, so if everything is working fine for you, then you can ignore this. |
