As many of you have noticed already, we have added email notifications and RSS feeds for exchange updates. Therefore as soon as we notice that the status of your exchange has changed (e.g. an LLU provider has unbundled it or moved a date), then you will be notified. Keep in mind that we do not update in real-time from the providers, so there will be some delay, but usually no more than 24 hours.
To subscribe to updates for your exchange simply visit your exchanges page (Search here) and enter your email at the bottom of the page where prompted. Rest assured that we will not share your email address with anyone and you can unsubscribe at any time (instructions are contained within each email you receive). An RSS feed is also available at the same location - just drag the RSS icon in to your RSS aggregator to subscribe.
