Be pushes on with ADSL2+ rollout

Posted: Monday 13th February 2006 by Sam
Be Unlimited have today announced that they will be rolling out their service to 156 exchanges by May 2006. Of this figure, 60 are already enabled in central London. Indeed, it is good to see that Be are progressing out of the capital with their rollout too.

A map depicting the 60 currently enabled exchanges and the additional 96 exchanges to be enabled by May can be found here. Additionally, all of the currently enabled exchanges and all of those with enablement dates set can be seen on the Be LLU page. The full press release by Be can be found here.

It is interesting to note that Be look to be even more ambitious as the year goes on, as they plan to have 418 exchanges enabled by the end of September. These dates are of course subject to change.
