Some of you may have noticed that the graphs have been a bit slow at loading recently. This is largely due to the fact that they were generated dynamically as and when you requested them.
In an effort to speed up the loading times on graphs, I've implemented a caching system. This means that graphs are saved for 1 hour when they are generated. So if someone views a graph, anyone viewing the same graph within the next hour will find that it loads much faster than before.
I was experimenting with it this morning and caused an unexpected problem (which I was very quickly notified about!). Apologies to anyone found Stainton's graph where they shouldn't have! |
