The server that this site is hosted on is being upgraded next Saturday (February 12th) between the hours of midnight and 6am. The upgrade is being performed due to both a need for more speed and some recently discovered minor hardware problems.
I realise that some of the users of this site rely on the web-services (i.e. the XML based availability checker). Therefore I have set up a mirror server for such services. It covers all the services listed on the Data Output page, and also the postcode lookup interface. To utilise the backup server, simply modify the URL you reference to use mirror.samknows.com (rather than www.samknows.com). |
