Long-time readers of this site will know that I strive to bring the best possible data to the site. This does of course include making sure that the presented data is accurate.
Earlier this week I introduced a new set of data to the website - the exchange capacity data. This data was supplied by NDO. Since then I have received numerous emails from users, and also a couple from ISP's questioning the accuracy of the data. After checking the data thoroughly myself, it is with regret that I must say that I am no longer confident in the accuracy of the data.
As a result of this I have temporarily removed the data from the site, and replaced it with an alternative set. This alternative set contains less data than NDO's (it's missing the take-up rates and the available bandwidth), but it is definately accurate.
I am extremely sorry for this error, and hope to restore the full amount of data in the very near future. |
