Further updates to the recent problems

Just another update...

I need phone numbers!!!

The new BT backend is written and working, and some exchanges are already using it. However, for an exchange to be moved over to this system I need a phone number for it. So for the time being, entering your phone number into the Phone Search will add it to the exchange list, thus moving that exchange over to the BT system on the next update - So please add your phone number!

Of course I'm never going to get 5449 numbers from people simply submitting them there, so I have a backup plan :)

Anyway, an example of an exchange on the new BT sysem is Annan.

You'll notice that unviable exchanges are now listed as such on the exchange details, the main league tables and regional league tables. I realise there is only 10 exchanges in total currently listed as unviable and that's because all the other unviable ones are still using the wewantbroadband system (which doesn't allow you to differentiate between unviable and without trigger).

* Also fixed a nasty bug on the regional league tables which caused Scotlands data to always be displayed when trying to sort columns. Thanks Vic :)
