The Webmaster at Lancaster Priory is Paul C Mullineaux.

Paul was born in the District of Darwen in Lancashire in 1948 and lived right next to Blackburn Cathedral for the first two years of his life, as his Dad was a Curate there. It is said that he burst into tears whenever the bellringers started, but he has a sensitive musical ear! When he was two, the family moved to St. Luke's, Brierfield, between Burnley and Nelson in East Lancashire. In January 1960 when he was eleven, they moved to Christ Church Lancaster, and from there to Saint Paul's Caton-with-Littledale, just up the Lune Valley. Paul then attended Wray Castle, a marine radio college between Ambleside and Hawkshead in the Lake District. It really is a castle, German in style and was built complete with artificial ruins, now demolished as unsafe ! It's a beautiful, if isolated, place - especially on parade outside in the snow in winter. Paul was Assistant Senior Cadet, and qualified as a Merchant Navy Radio Officer, First Class, rather more years ago now than he cares to recall. He also holds radio amateur licence G3XEN, and spent many years as a County Controller for RAYNET - the Radio Amateurs' Emergency Network, being involved in a number of live incidents and training exercises in Cumbria and Lancashire, principally with County Council Emergency Planning Departments, the Police, Red Cross and St. John Ambulance. Paul is married to Chris, who is now Parish Secretary at the Priory.

At work, Paul is a Senior Electronics Technician in the Engineering Department at Lancaster University.
His special interests include electronic component specification; supervision of electronics teaching laboratories; electronics advice to postgraduate and final year project students and others. Other interests include desk top publishing; music - plays piano and organ, used to play 'cello, has a piano accordion (bit loud in the house!), music software; annual forays into theatre sound design and mixing for the Lancaster Amateur Dramatic and Operatic Society; assists with the sound for Lancaster Footlights' annual pantomime - also in the Grand Theatre - that's fun too; not forgetting hypertext mark-up language (html) - Lancaster Priory Webmaster.
