The Board is committed to maintaining high standards of Corporate Governance. This statement, together with the Directors' Report and the Remuneration Report set out in the Company's Annual Report and Accounts 2006, describes how the Company has applied the relevant principles of the July 2003 FRC Combined Code.
The Board believes that the Company complies with most of the Code. Any exceptions are fully explained.
