Text of the United Nations Convention against Corruption
By its resolution 58/4 of 31 October 2003, the General Assembly adopted the United Nations Convention against Corruption. In accordance with article 68 (1) of the afore-mentioned resolution, the United Nations Convention against Corruption entered into force on 14 December 2005.

Conference of the States Parties to the United Nations Convention against Corruption - (CAC/COSP)
Pursuant to article 63 of the Convention, a Conference of the States Parties to the Convention was established to improve the capacity of and cooperation between States Parties to achieve the objectives set forth in this Convention and to promote and review its implementation.
