BALANCED WHEELING SYSTEMS

Wheels are usually built up line by line and balancing occurs at completion of the list.
However, WheelMaker does the balancing line by line ... this means that you can use a
partial wheel and still have balancing of your numbers.

This is taken a step further in Daily games ... doubles, triples, etc. are balanced by list
position AND line position ... the numbers in a line, and their positions are given a fair
share of the distribution.

You would use balanced wheels if you had a general idea of what numbers were
promising, but didn't have a specific order of preference.

UNBALANCED WHEELING SYSTEMS

WheelMaker produces a tapered form of unbalanced wheels ... the lower positions
occur the most, tapering off to fewer occurences of the higher positions.

This type of wheel would be useful if you were confident of picking your numbers in a
priority order ... put your best number in wheel position '1', your next best in wheel
position '2', etc.

REDUCED WHEELING SYSTEMS

The balanced and unbalanced wheels can be generated 10 different ways, each
producing a different number of lines per wheel ... size 1 produces the largest wheel,
and size 10 the smallest.

The maximum size of a generated wheel in WheelMaker is 1,000 lines but you can
reduce this if you want. A full wheel is regarded as a finished wheel or a wheel that was
stopped at the maximum setting. A partial wheel is a portion of a full wheel.

The most popular form of reduced wheels is the guaranteed minimum win type ... these
are not generated in WheelMaker but can be downloaded from the internet and
imported into the program (many lotto wheels have already been downloaded and
ready for use).
