DAISY
Sweet Daisy is a wonderful pooch seeking an equally wonderful family. This pretty, 2-year-old, female Labrador retriever mix will melt your heart with her soft, brown eyes and gentle demeanor. She is well-behaved and even appears to know basic commands like “sit” and “stay.” True to her breed, she thrives on attention. However, she is a little unsure of new people, so give her a minute or two to scout you out when you first meet her.
Daisy came to the Arizona Humane Society from Maricopa County Animal Care & Control as part of the New Hope program. As such, not much is known about Daisy’s background or history with other animals and children. Potential adopters with children and dogs are invited to bring them to the shelter to meet Daisy before taking her home. What is known about Daisy is that she’s sweet and eager to be someone’s loyal companion, especially if there are toys, a warm bed, and a constant supply of food involved!
Daisy is already spayed and she is available now at the AHS’ Nina Mason Pulliam Campus for Compassion, 1521 W. Dobbins Road. Her $85 adoption fee includes her spay surgery, first vaccinations, a follow-up veterinary exam, and a leash and collar with an identification tag. Daisy needs a loving family soon, so if you arrive at the shelter and she has already gone home, please be happy for her and consider adopting one of the other wonderful pets at the AHS.
