STATE COLLEGE -- Communications Workers of America members say they will picket Adelphia Cable's State College facility, at 1155 Benner Pike, today through Friday to protest "the company's sending strike-breakers" to Morgantown, W.Va., where CWA members have been on strike since May 21, according to a release from the union.
