How long does Gift Card balance last?

Where can I view my available balance?
You can view the amount you have added through Top Up on the Gift Card Balance page and you will have 10 years from the date of issuance to use the amount on Amazon.co.uk. Please note that you may need to sign in.

Are there any fees for using Top Up or maintaining my Amazon Gift Card Balance?
No. There are no fees for using Top Up or maintaining your balance on Amazon.co.uk.

Does the balance I added through Top Up expire?
When you Top Up your account, you are purchasing an Amazon.co.uk Gift Card for yourself that will be automatically added to your Amazon.co.uk account. As with any other Amazon.co.uk Gift Card, your balance will expire 10 years from the date of issuance. See Gift Card Terms & Conditions to learn more.

What can I use my balance to shop for?
You can use your balance on eligible products on www.amazon.co.uk, which includes all physical products, digital content and offers from third-party merchants, but excludes buying new Gift Cards.

When will the Auto Top Up be processed?
If you choose to have your Auto Top Up triggered whenever your balance drops below a certain amount, the Top Up funds will be automatically applied to your Amazon.co.uk Gift Card Balance whenever your balance drops below the triggering amount.

If you choose to set up Auto Top Up on a schedule, the first Auto Top Up will be applied to your Amazon.co.uk Gift Card Balance on the delivery date you select and the consecutive Auto Top Ups will occur according to the frequency you choose.

Can I change my Auto Top Up setting?
Yes, go to Your Account > View Balance to change the amount or frequency of the Auto Top Up, the amount that triggers the Auto Top Up, or to turn off Auto Top Up.

Can I refund the balance that I added to my account through Top Up?
No, the balance is not refundable or redeemable for cash. You will have 10 years from the date of issuance to use the Top Up amount on www.amazon.co.uk.

Are there any limits to how much I can top up?
You can top up any amount between £1.00 and £1,000.00.
