How does surgery affect your cycle?
I started my period on 5/2. Had surgery, on my knee, 5/5. Still no period. Any evidence that suggests that surgery delays your cycle. Three pregnancy tests on the last three days all negative.

Surgery is a shock to the system, so yes, it can easily change when your period is due both making it come early and delaying. You can even skip a cycle.
