How do you know if you have a true alcohol allergy? What are the symptoms?

For the past few months I've been trying to figure out why I have such bad stomach pains, gas, bloating and cramps. I've tried cutting out dairy, wheat, veggies that produce gas, caffinated beverages, sweets...nothing works. The only thing I havn't removed is alcohol. I don't drink a lot, but could that be the problem? Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Update:

Thanks Rick. No, I eat everything, I just meant that I've tried cutting those things out one at a time, and then reintroducing them when it didn't seem to be the problem.

It's likely that you've got a form of irritable bowel syndrome.

What exactly are you eating? Are you on some crazy all vegetable/fruit diet? Insoluble fibre can give you gas and cramping and diarrhea.

I'm slightly pressured, if you are allergic to some thing it mostly indicates up for your dermis, like rashes for example. You don't always are in anguish. If you are allergic to it, such a lot wine coolers like Mike's Hard Lemonade has a factor known as Sulfa and lots of men and women are allergic to that. But if you are having again anguish the alcohol perhaps going on your kidneys. Could have a kidney illness or stone. I might assess along with your healthcare professional. Or check out consuming another alcoholic drink, beer for example see should you consider a change.
