These finger paddles are easy to use. I recommend them to all of you who want to improve your swimming style. Start using them for only 5 minutes and then gradually increase as otherwise you may suffer from muscle ache.

I use these as part of my daily swim and can feel them increasing the resistance on each stroke. My stroke as become more efficient as a pay off.

These were recommended by a friend to help with technique, I gave them a try and found much better than my hand paddles.I use these twice a week for an hour and have noticed an improvement in my technique and times.
