Organise a Home Collection

Go to the Online Returns Centre to return an item. One of the options presented to you may be a home collection. Once you select Continue you’ve committed to receiving a collection.

To organise a Home Collection:

  1. DPD will allocate you a date of collection once you have confirmed you want to return the item(s) by home collection. The date will depend on where you live but is usually within 1-3 days of the date you select to return the item(s) by home collection, and always between Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You’ll also get at least 2 hours’ notice of the 1-hour time slot of the collection by e-mail from DPD.
  2. Print the internal return label(s) in the Online Returns Centre. Please ensure that if you’re returning items from more than one order, that you print all corresponding return labels.
  3. Package the item(s) up securely; making sure the internal return label from the Online Returns Centre is inside. Note: If you don’t have the original box, that’s not a problem as long as the packaging is secure.
  4. Hand over the package to the DPD driver when s/he arrives. The DPD driver will ask you to sign a confirmation that the package has been picked up. The DPD driver will then affix a label to the front of the box and take your parcel with them.
Note: If the return is not the result of our error, a home collection cost of GBP 6.00 will be deducted from your refund.
