If your in doubt about products that promote hair growth try this! I have been taking them 8 months and my hair is now much thicker, stronger and in better condition! highly recommend these for all you ladies wanting luscious locks.

This stuff is magic. When I was younger I had super long hair down to my waist and to follow the crowd decided to cut it (stupid decision)! In the last few years I decided I wanted to grow my hair back but have had a super hard time because at the same time I decided I also wanted to have my hair every different colour under the sun which obviously will not help with hair growth. I've taken Biotin before, but in the 1,000mcg strength and that hardly did anything. Recently I was sick of my terribly slow hair growth so decided into look into Biotin again because its so raved about. I found this product, looked at the reviews and was instantly sold. I started taking it as soon as I received it which is about 3-4 weeks ago to this day. I measured my hair on the day I started taking it from my middle part in my hair and it was at 11.5 inches. 4 days later I measured again and it was 12 inches. 15 days later (today) and I measured my hair and its 14 inches! At first I thought I had measured it wrong but I measured multiple times again and it really is 14 inches! That means from January 8th (the day I started taking the supplement) to now (January 27th) its grown 2.5 inches. My hair usually grows about an inch a month, but its grown 2.5 in a few weeks. I finally might get the long hair I've been dreaming about!
A few side notes:
I take a vitamin B supplement with this as a lot of people have said this causes breakouts. I'm not sure if this is the work of the vitamin B or the fact my body reacts fine with the Biotin, but I haven't had any unusual breakouts (apart from the usual ones around the usual time).
To me, I dont think this has helped my the quality/strength of my hair but I can just use hair masks for that. It DEFINITELY has made my hair thicker and longer though. Read more ›

After several hours of reading on a couple of black hair forums, I bought Biotin. It is a general knowledge now that it causes breakouts. So here are my tips after taking Biotin 10,000mcg (100 tablets) for 2 months now and still going stron on it.
1) Take Biotin with plenty of water and in addition you need to up your daily water intake. This means you need to be drinking half your weight in ounces of water daily.
2) Whilst you are taking Biotin; it is advisable to be taking Vitamin B Complex to help balance this out. Try these 2 tips and you should be fine.
With regards to hair growth - there is a noticeable difference in the speed coupled with genetics - this will vary from person to person.
All in all, this is a great product to have.
1) Take Biotin with plenty of water and in addition you need to up your daily water intake. This means you need to be drinking half your weight in ounces of water daily.

i suggest that you purchase 2 so it can last you about almost a year. this product defiantly helps your nails to grow, in terms of hair it takes about a good 3-4 months before you see significant results, strengthens your nails and hair very well may be a little pricey in terms of vitamins but very much effective
