Hercules [Blu-ray] [Region Free]

Considering buying the blu-ray? DO IT! This is a brilliant restoration for blu-ray. The picture and sound are both incredible and the film has never looked this good.

Extras: Making of (approx. 9 mins) and Ricky Martin's 'Go the Distance' Music video (in Spanish).

This is one of my favourite films and the bluray version is great. The picture and colour really stands out and I love the plot and characters

The item came before delivery estimate, packaging was good, the film is amazing I've always loved it as I loved it as a kid

Disney has attracted a lot of well justified flack for cutting the top and bottom off their recent Jungle Book, Robin Hood and Sword in the Stone Blu-ray transfers but this was a later work and no problems arise here. The picture and sound are excellent. Like many of Disney's heroes of this period Hercules is rather dim and one might even consider other unmentionable issues but I d not wish to tread in politically murky waters! If this is your film, go for it. A big improvement on my DVD.

Not my most fave Disney movie though very glad to own it as I remember it used to be super rare to own on VHS!

Quality is brilliant and the colours are so vibrant!

If you love this movie then HD in the UK is a MASSIVE step forward... crisp sound and perfectly cleaned but not smoothed animation... this is one of the best HD clean-ups..... BUY

Hercules is my favourite Disney film. For me it has the best storyline, best villain and best heroine. Without giving anything away; this is a Disney classic full of comedy, love and brilliant music and songs written by Alan Menkin.

I have had every incarnation of this film and today received the blu-ray version - the difference is incredible and noticeable instantly. Crisp clear picture restores this 1990s film into the HD world so well, you'll wonder how you ever managed to watch the DVD version.

I am so pleased that Disney have actually taken the time needed to lovingly restore what is mine and a lot of people's favourite Disney film.

If you've never seen it, this is a must!
