As I have been using a little Kenwood handmixer for the past 35 years, I really thought it was time to replace it with something bigger to cope with the amount of baking I do. I researched many types and makes of mixers and this one I thought, not only looked stylish, but believed it would be the most efficient. My little Kenwood with bowl, certainly did it's job and is still in perfect working order, but my new mixer is much more efficient. Makes my job of baking, so much easier and quicker. I have used it around 20 times in the past month and it never fails to impress me. I would definitely recommend this model. The free rubber spatula, ensures every drop of mix is removed from bowl. Easy to use and easy to clean and extremely efficient. You won't regret buying this, I can find no fault whatsoever with this model.

I am very impressed with the mixer, it is every bit as good as the Kenwood mixer I have had for the past 20 years. I chose the black coloured model and it matches my kitchen perfectly.

Great product at a great price and does exactly what it says on the box. The only downside is my waistline is getting larger because my wife can't stop using the mixer.

What a fantastic piece of kit for the money. I have made bread many times and obviously cakes. I also use it to quickly mash potatoes etc. No problems at all. I would love a smaller bowl with it as well if the manufacturers are listening, also dishwasher safe beaters.

Just bought this. Came today it appears well constructed. Really wanted the kitchenaide raspberry mixer but since it is �415.00 and this was only �79.99 when I bought it this was better for my budget. Have already made cake very successfully: light and fluffy. I had no problems with mixture on the edge of the bowl but then I used the flexi beater with the rubbery bit around the edge. The machine is no louder than expected. It's a bit ugly but I will be keeping it in a cupboard. One point of note for factory: I had problems initially getting the bowl off the machine because it was in a plastic bag and then it was locked into the machine. Once I finally unstuck it it is very simple to use. All the parts fit together simply and are very easy to put on and off. I think this machine is exceptionally good value for money. It does the same as the big names at a fraction of the cost. Not as beautiful as some of the more expensive models but it does the job just as well.

without a shadow of a doubt the best mixer we have had. It performs every bit as good as a lot more expensive one. We have not had it long, but both times we have used it, we have had perfect results, Thanks.

We purchased Andrew James' bread dough mixer and it broke after a couple of months. The company were a complete nusance to deal with when it came to sending it back, it actually took them months to sort out a replacement. Then a couple of months later it broke again (now out of warranty). Why not build things to last? I wouldn't recommend these products.

I ordered my mixer online and within three days was tearing open its box eagerly. Hours later I was preparing cakes galore for my granddaughter's birthday party. The mixer was so easy to use, and so good that I found it hard to stop until my store cupboard held no more ingredients. Great fun - and more inches on the waistline!

I bought this mixer for my wife , it broke down after its first use , I returned it to the supplier who said this mixer should only be used for 4 minutes then switched off to cool down , when I asked if I could return it they refused saying that they would only credit if it was returned within 7 days of purchase which I think is ridiculous , I will never use this company again ,as for the food mixer I have binned it and bought another one from a shop .
