This Mixer is stylish with a sleek black design and also benefits from sturdy rubber feet so whilst its mixing the appliance stays firmly on your kitchen top.

I was slightly aprehensive about buying a mixer that seemed to be made by a brand I have never heard of, Shef, but I am pleasantly surprised and very pleased with what arrived. The mixer is fairly sturdy, although most of the body is plastic. It has a lovely solid stainless steel bowl that is more than enough for most baking recipes, and has 6 speed settings and a pulse. I wouldn't say that it is worth the RRP of �199, but I do think that it is good value for only �70. It is very smart looking and is certainly a fantastic option for cooks who would love the luxury of a stand mixer, but cannot afford Kenwood Chef/Artisan KitchenAid mixers. I do not know about durability yet as I have not had the mixer long, but I will update the review once I have had it for a while. For me, this mixer is a temporary 1-2 year solution until I can save up to buy a KitchenAid mixer, but does all the functions I need and I am very impressed!
