The sleeve is of high quality: better than the Thinkpad sleeve I bought a few years back. Beside the AmazonBasics logo the sleeve is quite classy looking. I would like to add that the sleeve fits my Thinkpad W530 with extended battery very nicely (snug fit). I also tested it with my friend's 15W" laptop and it fitted equally nice.

This case works very well for our IPad Air which is protected by a fairly bulky OXA rubber surround. Hence it will not fit into a made to measure IPad case, but it does fit very snugly into this slightly oversized one.
Labelled as Amazon Basics, this is indeed, a fairly basic item made of black padded material with a zip top. However, it certainly provides a reasonable level of protection against knocks or scratching and at a very modest price is a worthwhile investment given the price of the item it will be covering.

Cheapest one but is quite nice quality. There's nothing wrong with it at all, it was great for the price.

Does a good job of keeping my MacBook Pro 13" (late 2013) protected without it slipping around too much. Does scratch on the zip when taking in and out but this is not causing any damage. Relatively thick padding.

I needed a simple padded sleeve for my new HP 14-inch Chromebook (Anodized Silver) - (Intel Celeron 2955U 1.4GHz, 4GB RAM, 16GB HHD, Google Chrome), I already have a suitable carrying case but needed something just to protect it from knocks scratches in the house.
Thanks to Amazon Prime the sleeve arrived the next day, simply but perfectly adequately packaged.
The sleeve itself is very well made, thick and padded with an almost fur like feel to the inside. The 14 inch computer fits exactly as it should with no wriggle room and of course no spave for any additional items. The case is matt black and discreet with just a simple Amazon Basics logo in one corner. It zips shut along the top with a single zip only.
I am happy to reccomend it to any other owner of a 14" laptop.

This case is well made and looks smart. The zip runs smoothly and the fabric is soft, but thick enough to provide protection from minor knocks and bumps. It fits a small laptop, but I have also used it to protect my iPad (in a folding case) whilst in my backpack, and I am quite satisfied that it keeps it clean and protects it from being scratched by other objects.
