Post Your Trade-In

Within 7 calendar days of submitting your trade-in, print your delivery labels in Your Trade-in Account and post your item.

To post your trade-in:
  1. Go to Your Trade-In Account.
  2. Find your trade-in order and click Print Delivery Label.
  3. Carefully pack your trade-in.
    Tip:
    • Use small, sturdy boxes and make sure to apply at least 3 strips of tape on the top and bottom of the parcel.
    • Pack your items in a box that will leave as little empty space as possible.
    • You can fill any empty space in the box with foam, air pillows and/or full sheets of crumpled paper. This will help prevent the items from shifting around and being damaged or lost in transit.
  4. Send your items only to the address printed on the delivery label.

    Note: If the value of your Trade-In submission is over £10 you'll have been offered free delivery options with Royal Mail or Collect+. If the value of your Trade-In submission is less than £10 you'll need to pay the delivery costs. If you select the Any Carrier label option, please use a trackable delivery method. We also recommend insuring your trade-in submissions, as Amazon isn't responsible for goods that are damaged or lost in transit.

Note:

  • When posting multiple trade-in orders, please don't include items from other trade-in orders in the same parcel. Each delivery label is uniquely assigned to a specific trade-in.
  • Trade-ins not received within 30 days of submission will automatically be cancelled.
