About the Amazon Trade-In Programme

With the Amazon Trade-In programme, you can send your items to a third-party merchant in exchange for an Amazon.co.uk Gift Card.

To participate, you must be at least 18 years old, send your products only from the UK, and have a physical address in the UK. Products sent from outside the UK won't be accepted or returned.

The item you want to trade in must match the exact version displayed in the Trade-In search results. Items that don't meet the product description or eligibility criteria are considered not acceptable and will be subject to the Trade-In Return Terms and Conditions. Rejected Items that are eligible for return will be returned to you within 14 days after receipt at no cost to you. Rejection reasons and progress tracking for the return package can be viewed from Your Trade-In Account.
