Points Advice.

This is not a review just some advice to members of the Kenco rewards Club.

Briefly I bought a refill pack and had real trouble inputting the codes.
In the end I gave up and this was after 4 of us tried to read the codes.
Briefly unlike the jars where the code is printed on the back of the labels and viewed through the protection of the glass jar these packs have no such protection and the coffeee tends to act as an abrasive and delete the figures.
I got in touch with kenco and received a swift, friendly and informative reply.

Full Marks to Kenco!

here is the advice I received.

'If you encounter the same issue in the future please follow this general advise (sic):

Although we have done our best to make the codes easy to read, within the size constraints of the packaging, we do find that sometimes the number "5" can be mistaken for an "S" and the letter "D" can be mistaken for a zero.

Could you please therefore double-check the code and, if you have not already done so, please try the code again, in particular substituting a "D" for any zero and a "5" for any "S".

If the code or codes still do not work, then please get back to me and provide the following information :

The code or codes you are experiencing a problem with.

The Best Before Date and Production Code from the jar or refill pack

The full product name from the jar or refill pack, and the weight of the jar or pack.

If possible, and not too inconvenient, a digital photo of the code or codes.

Instant coffee

I like these because there is less packaging, I just pour half at a time into an airtight strorage jar & the packet is easily resealed. Plus the granulated dried coffee is not the same as fresh but the flavour is one or two steps up from the granulated cheaper Nescafe.
I bought these when they were in fact a little more expensive than the present supermarket price, so beware the price does fluctuate & maybe it be worth 'comparing' if you know what I mean. There's not alot of difference though & I am happy to spend a few pennies extra to get them delivered to my door.
Four x 150g packets arrived well packaged & within two days of my order, prompt & efficient service, very happy....

Morning ritual

It took me many years to find my morning coffee, i discovered i had to have it strong, but most instant rich coffees are very bitter and not pleasant to drink at all.

I really like the taste of this one, rich and smooth.

I have been having this on subscription now for over a year, the lowest ive paid twelve squid and the highest eighteen.

It annoys me that this fluctuates so greatly but i still continue to buy it.

Eco Refill - Really Rich

This is the only instant coffee I like at the moment. The price offers good value, particularly when put on repeat order, plus there's no postage charge. Although there have been offers in shops & supermarkets for Kenco's "Eco Refill", the price has crept up. So Amazon offer best value. Too much packaging is the only quibble.

I decided to look on-line and found these. And they're delivered to my door. Shame on you supermarkets.
Great flavour from an instant coffee, which, for me as a black coffee lover, has a strong rich bitter flavour which I love...
If the coffee's not bitter, I won't drink it.
