Sennheiser DW10 Wireless DECT Headset for Office Phone - Black/Silver

Absolute waste of my time and money,especially since I am not located in the UK so returns are going to be a big pain.

This thing only works within a range of a few feet of my desk. I could have better ordered an extension cable for my old wired sennheiser headset which would've saved me money and the audio quality would have been better.

I can't believe a company that I thought was serious, Sennheiser, can make, advertise and sell such a low quality product.

Very-very dissapointed! Steer well clear of this and buy something better !

Anyone who thinks, this headset will work with a PC should shy away from it. It is the 'phone' version, which has a USB port, but it is only for firmware upgrades and not for PC connectivity.
If you look at the DW Office descriptions, you will find almost nowhere, that there is a phone only version. Off it goes to Amazon refunds.

For those who care about Phone only versions: the sound quality is outstanding. But I would only get it with the receiver mechanism.

This Product is a 'Phone Only' variant and doesnt work with softphone.
Product has same design , two buttons, Supplied documentation also is also DW Office regular version, Sennheiser doesnt specify anywhere in their website that DW Office has this kind of variant. All these even confuses an experienced buyer.
THIS IS A SERIOUS MISREPRESENTATION by Sennheiser.

Since i ordered from overseas, i would loose 150+ Dollars even if i return it.. At the end of the day customer is looser. This is just unacceptable. I didnt expect this from Sennheiser and i regret my buy.

I recommend ditching this product and go for Jabra Pro 9450 instead. A far better piece for lower price AND IT WORKS WITH A SOFTPHONE....!!
