Submit a Trade-In From the Amazon Mobile App

You can submit a trade-in from the Amazon Mobile app on your Android or iOS compatible device.

To submit a trade-in from the Amazon Mobile app:

Search for an item by entering its name or by scanning its bar code.

Tap on Trade-In for… on the product detail page to add an eligible item to your trade-in submission.

Select the condition of your item. Check your items thoroughly to ensure they meet the selected condition criteria.

Tap Add another item if you have more items to trade.

Tick I agree with the condition of the items and select Review & Submit.

In the delivery options, choose a delivery method from the available options and the return address.

Tap Submit Trade-In Order.

You’ll be able to print your postage label via your computer. Send your items within 7 calendar days of submitting the trade-in.

You can submit a trade-in from the Amazon Mobile app on your Android or iOS compatible device.
