Unfortunately publishers occasionally raise the price of items unexpectedly. In the event that this occurs we will check with you to see if you still wish to receive the item at the new price. We may, at our discretion, absorb small price increases without passing them on to our customers.

4. Returns at Amazon.co.uk

Our 30-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

We will also be happy to refund the delivery charge if the return is a result of our error, see our Refunds Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You can always return items if they are defective. Please note we only accept the return of items that have been opened if they are defective. See Return a Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item.
